Our Future Impact
Bridges to Hope is working toward a comprehensive service model that includes emergency shelter, Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), Foster Youth to Independence (FYI), Older Youth Initiatives (OYI), and wrap-around supportive services designed to help individuals and families move toward long-term stability.
Bridges to Hope is in the development phase. Our shelter and planned direct-service programs are not yet operational. Donations received during this phase support the organization's development and preparation for future service delivery in accordance with organizational priorities and donor restrictions.
